I understand that going to the gym--whether you're just starting out or you've been going for a while--and be intimidating and un-motivational at times. But you don't have to feel that way! I'm here to help you feel comfortable, confident, and excited to head to the gym.
Our sessions can range from 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on what works best for your schedule. Interested in some morning movement before the work day? Maybe a lunch break pump? Or even an after school workout? I'm there for you! Do you wish to tone up your body? Build lean muscles? Bulk up? Do you want to get moving and be the healthiest version of yourself you can be? These classes will be based on YOUR goals and what you wish to accomplish from our time together! Along with my CPT, I am a certified nutrition and bodybuilding coach, and I would love for us to work as a team to get you to your desired health.
Do you have a desire to smash pads... or learn how to hit someone square in the face without huring your hand? Because I do too. We're going to be great friends! Or maybe you just want a rock hard workout and hey, that's what I'm here for! (Don't worry, we'll still be great friends;) )
Come train with me at Pure Martial Arts and I can teach you the basic, fundamental skills that comes with the art of kickboxing. You'll learn the common strikes and defence techniques, and once we both feel ready, we'll work on our sparring game!
This sport is intimidating from an outside perspective--believe me I was scared too. But as we break it down I can ensure you that it's not as scary as it seems! If anyone can do it, you can do it too!

Saturdays from 9:00am-10:00am I teach a fundamentals beginner kickboxing class at Pure Martial Arts. These classes are structured to improve and polish your basic strikes. All levels are welcome to join. Come on down and get a morning sweat on! Make new friends and lets have some fun!

I am an online coach on the 1st Phorm as an app that includes a nutrition log (where we can make a custom plan based on your goals), workout programs that we can do together in our sessions or you can do them by yourself at home, live/past educational videos from people at 1st Phorm HQ that will teach you a variety of subjects regarding nutrition, supplementation, hormones, motivation and determination, ways to achieve your goals, and much more! We can also measure your body metrics if that's of interest for you on the app!
